Ripple is a one-person small business in New Orleans. The short version of this policy: we only collect the information you choose to give us, we use it to help you, and we don't sell or share it. The longer version is below.
Who we are
"Ripple," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ripple LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company doing business as Ripple Automations, based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
What we collect
The only personal information this website actively collects is what you type into our intake form. That includes:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your industry and team size
- What you want to achieve with AI
- How you heard about Ripple (optional)
Your web browser also sends standard information to whoever hosts this site (IP address, browser type, the page you're viewing) — that's how every website on the internet works. We don't run our own analytics or tracking pixels on this site, and we don't use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you submit through the form to:
- Get back to you about your inquiry
- Prepare for your free AI assessment so we show up already knowing your business
- Send the written assessment plan we promised, and any follow-up about working together
That's it. We don't send marketing newsletters, we don't add you to drip campaigns, and we don't share your information with anyone trying to sell you something.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet that only Greyson (Ripple's founder) can access. Google's own privacy practices apply to data stored in Google Workspace — you can read them at policies.google.com/privacy.
If we move forward together, your business information may be stored inside the tools we use to deliver work — for example, a customer relationship system, an email account, or a project document. We pick those tools carefully and only share your information with them to the extent needed to do the job you hired us for.
Booking calls
Our booking link goes through Calendly. When you book a call, Calendly collects the information you enter there (your name, email, and any answers to its scheduling questions) and shares it with us. Calendly's privacy policy is at calendly.com/privacy.
Cookies
This website itself does not set any cookies. Google's font service (which we use to load typefaces) may set its own cookies — Google's policy linked above covers those.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information entirely
Email us at the address below and we'll handle it within a reasonable amount of time — usually within a few business days.
Children
This website and our services are for business owners and operators. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our form, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page for at least 30 days.
